I am Laiza. I was born in Argentina, and more than 8 years ago I made one of the most important decisions of my life: to leave my country and move to Europe in search of new paths. I lived in Barcelona for two years, and today I continue my story in Copenhagen, building my life with courage, learning and resilience.
Migration was a deep process for me. It was not only about changing countries, but about finding myself again, rebuilding myself and discovering an inner strength I did not know I had. That experience taught me the true value of accompaniment, listening and emotional containment.
Over time, that desire to accompany others became my path: becoming a yoga teacher, a guide in meditation and conscious breathing, and creating spaces where people can return to their center and feel supported.
This is how ALMA DOULA was born: from a story of struggle, love and transformation. A project born from the heart, with the purpose of accompanying processes of motherhood and migration through respect, empathy and loving presence.
